Membership Model railroading is fun for the entire family.  Waynesborough Model Railroad Club has both individual and family memberships.  Whether your interest is in electrical wiring, scenery details, woodworking, or just the excitement of watching a locomotive haul a string of cars through the Eastern North Carolina Countryside, Waynesborough Model Railroad Club has something to suit your interest.  We don't require our members to own any equipment or buy any products and membership dues are extremely reasonable.  Even if you have never owned any model railroading equipment before, we welcome you to visit with us and see if model railroading is a past time that you and your family would enjoy. For those who have a layout at home, Waynesborough Model Railroad Club offers you the opportunity to bring your trains from home and watch them run on a huge layout that simulates many many miles of trackage.  Our members are also eager to share what they have learned in specific areas with new members.  Some members have a knack for repairing rolling stock, some for scenery details, some for electrical wiring, and so on.  Waynesborough Model Railroad Club is a great way to learn new things and a great way to keep up on the latest model railroad news!
