Home of the Waynesborough And Southern Piedmont Railroad The Waynesborough Model Railroad Club has been located in historic downtown Goldsboro, North Carolina since 1982. One of the largest HO scale layouts in Eastern North Carolina, We provide both individual and family memberships.  Our layout has the advantage of being able to accurately represent many different geographic regions and different prototypes.   Waynesborough Model Railroad Club occupies the entire first floor of a vintage downtown building and has ample area for personal storage,workspace for members, and room for future layout growth.  Our group meets each Tuesday night at 7:30 PM.  Members gather then to run trains, share camaraderie, and work on their individual projects.  Each 3rd Tuesday of each month is reserved as a business meeting.  Our members often travel together to attend local and regional trainshows throughout the year. Our clubhouse is located at 118 West Mulberry Street and has a 20 X 56 feet HO scale walk-around layout. The layout is currently having some modules updated by members.
